The Compensation & Benefits Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the development, administration, and management of employee compensation and benefits programs and policies across the organization. This position involves assisting in the design and implementation of regular and special pay plans, which include merit programs and range assignments for new or revised jobs based on market analysis and internal equity. The analyst will participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and rules related to compensation programs, providing consultation and advice to management regarding schedules or special pay plans, compensation, and FLSA decisions. Additionally, the analyst will conduct compensation surveys, compile and analyze salary data, market trends, and forecasts, and administer assigned employee benefit plans and programs. This includes answering employee questions, coordinating leaves and accommodation processes, and resolving issues related to employee benefits. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to FMLA, ADAA, and group disability programs is essential. The analyst will also work with the Leave of Absence vendor to ensure compliance and adherence to processes and policies. Supporting the annual Open Enrollment process, including communication efforts and auditing, is also part of the role. The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is expected to demonstrate and embody the Womens Care mission and core values while ensuring compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, administration, and management of employee compensation and benefits programs/policies.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of regular and special pay plans, including merit programs and range assignments.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and rules related to compensation programs.
  • Consult and advise management regarding schedules or special pay plans, compensation, and FLSA decisions.
  • Conduct compensation surveys and compile, analyze, and develop reports on salary data, market trends, and forecasts.
  • Administer and manage assigned employee benefit plans/programs.
  • Answer employee questions and coordinate leaves and accommodation processes with employees and managers.
  • Resolve problems that arise regarding employee benefits.
  • Work with Leave of Absence vendor to ensure compliance and adherence to processes/policies.
  • Support annual Open Enrollment, including communication efforts, answering employee questions, and auditing post Open Enrollment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of compensation and benefits experience required.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems required; Paycom experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
