About The Position

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and administering compensation programs to ensure equity, competitiveness, and compliance within the organization. This hybrid position requires collaboration with management on compensation-related matters and support for benefits administration, including open enrollment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive compensation/rewards experience required.
  • 3+ years benefits experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation programs to maintain equity, competitiveness, and legal compliance.
  • Support performance evaluations and other reward & recognition programs.
  • Develop annual salary structures and merit matrices.
  • Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes.
  • Serve as a key liaison with management on all compensation-related matters.
  • Administer competitive and equitable compensation programs to attract and retain high-performing individuals.
  • Manage benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
  • Utilize Excel to develop compensation analysis tools.
  • Perform ad hoc research and analysis as requested.
  • Support the HR team as required.
