About the position

The Compensation & Benefits Program Manager is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and implementing compensation and benefits programs and processes. This role serves as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, collaborating with HR staff and business leaders to provide insights and guidance on related topics. The position involves managing projects, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and developing training materials for the HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, organize, and implement compensation and benefits programs and processes.
  • Consult and collaborate with HR staff and business leaders on compensation and benefits topics.
  • Provide analysis and insights on compensation and benefits, seeking opportunities for efficiencies and enhancements.
  • Ensure alignment of compensation and benefits work with policies and procedures, providing guidance and oversight to the team.
  • Lead programs and projects related to annual increases, market surveys, and new technology implementation.
  • Implement communication and training activities for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Serve as team lead for technical system and vendor support for compensation and benefits tools.
  • Participate in audits to ensure legal compliance with EEO, FLSA, FMLA, and other regulations.
  • Develop and maintain Total Rewards training materials and provide training to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 years of related Compensation & Benefits experience.
  • CCP or CBP certification preferred.

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Benefits

  • Full-Time Salary Range: $101,275.20 - $168,792.00
