About the position

Join a team that delivers excellence at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), a nationally recognized healthcare organization that offers a vibrant and diverse workforce of nearly 23,000 colleagues. As a Compensation & Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and communicating sensitive compensation, healthcare productivity, and performance-feedback data to executive management and over 1100 physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) within the Lehigh Valley Physician Group and LVHN. This position is integral to ensuring that our compensation structures are competitive and aligned with our organizational goals. In this role, you will prepare monthly compensation variance analysis and reconciliation against LVH/LVPG payroll systems and finance systems. You will also be responsible for developing presentations for the practitioner compensation committee, Board of Governors, LVPG Finance, and LVHN Board as needed. Your expertise will contribute to the development of the compensation budgeting and projection process for LVPG physicians and APCs, as well as provide critical analysis of salary and productivity metrics for recruiting new physicians and APCs. You will communicate budgeted physician salaries to the LVPG Accounting office and LVPG Finance, and create a system to track and update data that can be incorporated into existing Professional Services databases. Additionally, you will develop compensation models for physicians and advanced practice clinicians, ensuring that ongoing changes to these models are effectively communicated. Your role will also involve maintaining demographic information, beneficiary designation, and fund direction information for all eligible SERP participants, as well as providing comp and productivity analyses for LVPG-Hazleton and LVPG-Schuylkill leadership. You will execute physician and APC data analysis to benchmark data used for market adjustments to compensation models and recruiting, and investigate to find current contact information for any providers whose distributions are returned undeliverable. This position is not just about numbers; it’s about making a difference in the healthcare community by ensuring that our compensation practices support our mission of delivering the best healthcare possible every day.
