About the position

As a Compensation Design Analyst on the Global Total Rewards team, you will be instrumental in designing and analyzing rewards programs that align with the company's people strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work on various compensation design projects, including competitive benchmarking and market research, while supporting the development of compensation frameworks and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Manager on U.S. compensation design projects, including global compensation and benefits design work.
• Assist in the development of compensation frameworks, toolkits, and processes.
• Manage survey participation and vendor billing.
• Oversee the global benchmarking system set-up and maintenance.
• Conduct ad-hoc program and employee reporting & analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience in compensation design and analysis.
• Global compensation experience, CCP, and/or GCP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual who can manage multiple requests and drive results with urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
