About the position

As a Compensation Design Analyst at Yum! Brands, you will be an integral part of the Global Total Rewards team, focusing on designing and analyzing compensation and rewards programs that align with the company's people strategy. This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic work environment, where you will support various compensation design projects and contribute to the development of compensation frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Manager on U.S. compensation design projects.
• Work on global compensation and benefits design work.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, structure and incentive design, and market & trend research.
• Assist in the development of compensation frameworks, toolkits, and processes.
• Manage survey participation and vendor billing.
• Oversee the global benchmarking system set-up and maintenance.
• Perform ad-hoc program and employee reporting & analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation design and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in tasks.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Global compensation experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Compensation Professional (GCP) certification.
• Previous experience at large, global, and/or publicly traded companies.
