About the position

The Compensation/HR Metrics Analyst will implement and administer compensation programs in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. This role involves conducting compensation analyses, salary surveys, and managing CW's compensation programs while utilizing HRIS data to provide monthly HR metrics for decision-making by leaders and HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, and hiring managers to create and document job descriptions, provide market analysis, and assign pay grades for new and existing positions.
  • Participate in salary surveys and benchmark jobs against survey data.
  • Properly classify and grade current and open positions and provide recommendations for candidate offers.
  • Research and analyze compensation policies and guidelines and make recommendations to establish and/or maintain compliance, competitive rates, and ensure equity.
  • Participate in the administration of performance management to ensure compliance with salary administration guidelines.
  • Participate in the development of and provide compensation program training to hiring managers.
  • Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure continuity.
  • Provide calculations and forecasts for compensation actions such as merit, grade increases, changes to minimum wage or FLSA.
  • Design and optimize available data, reports, and visualizations related to headcount, turnover, exit data, overtime, etc.
  • Partner with HRIS, HRBPs, and leaders to provide data that is relevant and useful.
  • Collaborate with HRIS to ensure consistent understanding and use of data.
  • Utilize data from the HRIS system, ensuring organizational charts are provided to leaders monthly or as needed without volunteer positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • CCP and/or SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Experience working in the not-for-profit industry
  • Experience with Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) HRIS
