About The Position

The Compensation/HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the administration of employee compensation programs and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) within a national law firm. This role supports the HR team with benefits administration, employee data management, and various HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR systems, experience in compensation processes, and excellent analytical and customer service skills. The position requires a proactive approach to system improvements and a commitment to confidentiality and data security.
