About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively will be crucial to your success in this position. As a Project Coordinator, you will be tasked with developing project plans, defining project scopes, and setting deadlines. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Your strong organizational skills will help you maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes to ensure that all team members are aligned and informed. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in delivering successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scopes and objectives.

  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar).
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management for projects.
