You will also be responsible for creating reusable technology that scales and sustains program delivery, as well as developing reusable analytics that automate insights and findings. In this role, you will manipulate large data sets to extract meaningful insights and convey your findings to leadership. Your participation will extend to the research, development, and administration of assigned compensation programs, where you will monitor the success of these programs and make necessary adjustments. You will create, consult, and review compensation policies and processes, ensuring they align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will work on various projects, including deep dives into compensation data, performance rating analysis, and the formulation of compensation policies.
