About The Position

The Compensation Senior Analyst at Stitch Fix plays a crucial role in enhancing the Total Rewards function by improving compensation processes and developing innovative compensation programs tailored for Warehouse and Stylist roles. This position involves analyzing compensation data, managing incentive programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, all while collaborating with various teams to align compensation strategies with business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, including job matching, job pricing, and working with high-volume hourly workforces, preferably in Warehouses and distribution sectors.
  • Experience designing and managing variable cash compensation programs, including short-term incentives, bonus structures, and commission plans.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and labor market trends, particularly within warehouse and logistics functions.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced skills such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data reporting.
  • Experience creating compensation training materials and effectively presenting them to various business audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create meaningful models, reports, and metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations and labor regulations (e.g., FLSA, wage laws) and experience managing compensation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and evolution of compensation programs for salaried and hourly employees, focusing on Warehouse and Stylist roles.
  • Analyze compensation data and benchmark Warehouse and Stylist roles to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
  • Develop and manage incentive and bonus programs tailored for distribution centers and logistics teams.
  • Create and present education and communication materials regarding compensation and equity programs for managers and employees.
  • Leverage analytical skills to design models, formulate insights, and tell stories with data.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams within P&C, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure compensation aligns with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all compensation-related decisions, particularly for high-volume hourly workforce settings.
