The Compensation Specialist/Analyst at HRx Services plays a crucial role in supporting clients' compensation needs by managing the administration of market data and data analytics. This position involves evaluating job roles, designing salary structures, conducting benchmarking analysis, and ensuring compliance with compensation practices. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of market data and data analytics using advanced Excel skills.
• Evaluate job roles to determine appropriate salary ranges and classifications based on job responsibilities and market conditions.
• Design and recommend salary structures and bonus programs that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis, job evaluation, and salary administration to determine appropriate salary ranges.
• Work closely with client partner teams on compensation projects.
• Participate in various HR and compensation-related analytical projects, including data analysis and compliance audits.
• Provide analytical support for compensation programs, including Excel data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation metrics and trends for clients.
• Update and maintain compensation administration procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to compensation practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least two years of compensation experience and advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles and data interpretation.
• Experience with ERI or similar compensation tools is highly preferred.
