About the position

The Compensation Specialist at Silver Ventures, Inc. is responsible for executing the company's total compensation strategy, which includes managing the incentives cycle and developing salary recommendations based on market data. This role supports the Compensation Committee and designs Total Compensation Packages, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Total Compensation Packages adhering to defined timelines including Merit Increase Memo, Incentive Scorecard, and Total Compensation Statement.
  • Support the Compensation Committee in developing and reviewing compensation programs in partnership with the VP of Human Capital.
  • Research market data to recommend competitive salary ranges aligned with the organization's Compensation Philosophy.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend enhancements to compensation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and total rewards.
  • Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Manage the Incentives program, including communication, training, and utilization reporting.
  • Calculate incentives quarterly and annually, and manage 401(k) annual true-up and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, accounting, or finance.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Compensation and total rewards.
