About the position

The Competitive Compulsory & Xcel Team Coach at Phoenix Gymnastics Academy is responsible for coaching and developing athletes in the Xcel Team and developmental programs. This role requires a passion for gymnastics and coaching, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. The position is available for both part-time and full-time employment, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned business.

Responsibilities

• Coach Xcel Team and developmental program athletes.
• Inspire and motivate athletes to achieve their best.
• Develop training plans and routines for competitive gymnastics.
• Provide feedback and support to athletes during practice and competitions.
• Ensure a safe and positive training environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience at a team coaching level.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Passion for coaching and inspiring athletes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with USA Gymnastics competitive teams.
