About the position

The Completion/Production Analyst at Mach Resources LLC plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data related to drilling, completion, and workover well activities. This position involves inputting, maintaining, and controlling source data, as well as promoting standardized data entry processes. The analyst will also be responsible for training field personnel and generating monthly reports on well counts and production analyses.

Responsibilities

• Input, maintain, and ensure quality control of source data for drilling, completion, and workover well activity.
• Establish and promote standardized data entry requirements and processes for accurate data collection.
• Create and maintain training materials for wellsite and field reporters.
• Monitor and review daily reports for adherence to standards, notifying field personnel of necessary revisions.
• Conduct field training sessions as needed.
• Generate monthly reports on total well counts, well status changes, production, and surface equipment analyses.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Familiarity with industry terminology and language.
• Experience with well data repositories or databases.
