About the position

The Completions Coordinator, Buildings at Venture Global LNG is responsible for overseeing all completions activities related to building construction and associated works at the site in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. This role involves ensuring that all completion inspection test records (ITRs) are signed and verified, while also managing the impacts of any delays due to constructability issues or supplier delays. The position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with safety and legal standards, and to facilitate the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Review ITR Schedules, sky lines, and assist with management of punch list items
  • Report work progress and schedule or budget matters
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
  • Review and ensure coordination is in place with subcontractor ITR's activities
  • Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
  • Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
  • Ensure the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for all activities
  • Directly participate in the HSE activities at site as defined in the Site HSE plan
  • Review manpower employed by the EPC and Subcontractor are adequate
  • Review ITR's and sign the necessary certificates as per ITP'S, Site Inspection Plans, and completions documentation
  • Willing to mobilize to Modular yard and maintain residence during fabrication with 25% travel

Requirements

  • BS in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Piping Engineering, Electrical Engineering or commensurate work experience in a construction supervisory role
  • Understanding of and previous experience with Completions Management Database (Co-Console or similar)
  • Experience in conducting Construction Completion walkdowns and punch listing
  • Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) preferred
  • Experience working on Client side as representation in the field
  • Demonstrated capability of multi-discipline drawing interpretation and P&ID understanding
  • Demonstrated technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work within a team with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
