About the position

The Completions Lead will oversee and optimize the completions processes for projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards. This role requires a strong background in completions software and leadership skills to guide the team through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the completions team, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Completions tools to manage and track completion activities.
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of completions into project workflows.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful completions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on best practices and software tools.
• Prepare and present plans, progress reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and improve processes and systems to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Geoscience, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a Senior Completions role.
• Proficient in Go Completions, Hexagon, and Smart Completions software or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in completions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid experience supporting large capital projects in the energy sectors.
