Responsibilities

- Take and defend depositions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from 2017 to 2022.
- Excellent legal analysis and writing skills.
- Strong academic credentials and references.
- Current license or eligibility to practice law in Texas.
- Experience performing at trial and arguing matters before courts or arbitrators (preferred).
- Experience taking and defending depositions (preferred).
- Judicial clerkship experience is valued.
