About the position

The Compliance Administrator at the Central Bank in Geneseo, IL is responsible for ensuring compliance with various laws and regulations related to lending and reporting. This role involves the accurate collection and reporting of HMDA data, monitoring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, and assisting in fair lending compliance. The position requires close collaboration with loan officers and administrators to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Accurate collection and reporting of all HMDA Data and implementation.
• Loan monitoring for compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Reporting and tracking for Flood Insurance for the bank.
• Monitoring and analyzing annually for Fair Lending Compliance and other related federal and state loan compliance.
• Working closely with loan officers and loan administrators.
• Responsible for force-placement requirements by FEMA and appropriate tracking.
• Performing self-monitoring initiatives for HMDA, ECOA, TRID, etc., and identifying gaps in controls and solutions to bank management.
• Verifying quality edits are cleared in HMDA Wiz to prepare the HMDA LAR.
• Processing funded loan reports for reporting and proper coding on the bank's Core.
• Responsible for Adverse Actions.
• Working with Compliance Committee for audit purposes.
• Serving as the administrator for employee compliance training modules.

• Familiarity with Lexis-Nexis
• Knowledge of Securities law
• Understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act
