About the position

The Compliance Analyst will support the contract compliance team in managing and monitoring contractor performance and compliance, particularly focusing on MWSBE and DBRA standards. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to gain experience in contract administration and compliance monitoring. The position offers comprehensive training to develop skills in compliance analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and contractors to ensure MWSBE participation goals are met, offering guidance and resources to help them succeed.
• Conduct regular reviews, audits, and site visits to ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements and related federal, state, and local regulations.
• Investigate any potential compliance violations, providing recommendations and enforcing corrective measures as necessary.
• Monitor activity to ensure compliance with company policy and industry regulations.
• Prepare reports for management and provide updates to team members and management when regulations change.
• Review current practices to ensure they stay within policy boundaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience with compliance or audit work.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of contract terms and principles; familiarity with MWSBE or DBRA is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
