We are currently seeking a Senior HR Compliance and Employee Relations Analyst to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role is pivotal in managing all aspects of the HR Compliance Function and will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. As a member of the GardaWorld team, you will work alongside dedicated professionals in a dynamic environment that values diversity and equal opportunity. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting independent investigations into complex HR-related allegations, ensuring thorough fact-finding, reaching investigative conclusions, and recommending resolutions to mitigate risks to the company. You will provide consultation and guidance to HR and business partners on handling employee relations matters effectively. Additionally, you will manage internal and external HR compliance audits, compile data for regulatory reporting, and assess HR-related risks. Your role will also involve researching compliance regulations, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports. You will develop and conduct training programs to educate employees on HR compliance matters and maintain regular communication with the legal office to ensure adherence to new and changing regulations. A strong understanding of critical state and federal laws, including affirmative action, EEO-1, FLSA, and FMLA, will be essential for success in this role.
