About the position

The position involves performing daily audits on consumer interactions and assisting in maintaining customer service performance documentation. The role requires providing feedback to management regarding audits, ensuring adherence to company policies, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, the employee must understand and adhere to the company's Information Security Policy and Procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily audits on consumer interactions.
  • Assist with maintaining and documenting customer service performance.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer service representative audits.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Understand and adhere to the company's Information Security Policy and Procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Ability to work on multiple systems simultaneously and utilize different tools.
  • Preferred knowledge of NICE Engage, PAS, NSLDS (federal contract only).
  • Familiarity with Student Aid.gov (federal contract only).

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree or Veterans preferred but not required.
