About the position

As a Compliance Data Analytics Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Compliance OLO Program by generating complex data reports, managing governance structures, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs). This position emphasizes innovative solutions for process improvement through intelligent automation tools, ensuring compliance with firm policies while driving efficiency and effectiveness in data analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics & reporting expertise to Compliance OLO program team, senior management and stakeholders
• Design and build simple and efficient solutions utilizing the Firm's full Intelligent Automation tool set (Alteryx, UiPath, and Tableau)
• Work with other IA teams and OLO's in-house Technology team to leverage ideas and best practices
• Update job aids for easy understanding and configuration by Compliance OLO team and stakeholders
• Monitor execution of all IA tools and produce associated analytics
• Ensure projects are completed according to established timelines
• Assemble data, build reports/dashboards, and provide innovative solutions for Compliance OLO stakeholders
• Independently lead and deliver complex reporting projects
• Identify risks and opportunities along with potential solutions
• Seek synergies across Compliance departments & stakeholders

Requirements

• Knowledge of data analytics, process automation, data visualization tools, or any programming language (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath)
• Willingness to learn self-service data analytics and process automation tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong risk and controls mindset
