About The Position
The Compliance Officer at Optim Health System is responsible for implementing, training, and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements for the health system's employees, medical staff, and vendors. This role involves developing policies and procedures, conducting audits, and providing compliance education to ensure adherence to healthcare laws and regulations. The Compliance Officer will report to the CEO of Optim Health System and have a matrixed reporting structure to the Chief Compliance Officer of Surgery Partners.
