About the position
The Compliance Program Manager will oversee compliance projects related to regulatory requirements impacting internal software products. This role focuses on managing the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver compliance solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Execute product requirements and manage the end-to-end experience from inception to launch.
- Drive projects to delivery, addressing problems and questions that arise during the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide feedback and input to engineering teams based on business cases.
- Present updates to various stakeholders, including leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
- Synthesize complex information and present it in an easily digestible format.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Ability to write clear and concise product requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large, complex organization.
- Familiarity with eCommerce/Retail industry is a plus.
- Experience in executing a product roadmap, including development, testing, and post-launch activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.

- Experience with legal and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of consumer protection regulations and compliance projects related to privacy and cookies.
