Responsibilities

• Support internal business areas in identifying and addressing regulatory compliance risks.
• Work with assigned business areas to understand internal policies and processes to mitigate compliance risk.
• Provide guidance to business areas on compliance matters and escalate issues to compliance leadership as necessary.
• Research laws and regulations to provide compliance guidance to internal business partners.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and gap analyses to identify risks and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop solutions to mitigate regulatory risks.
• Stay current on regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure compliance programs remain relevant.
