About The Position
The Compliance Data Integrity Specialist will be responsible for learning, comprehending, and partnering with various lines of business to adhere to regulatory requirements related to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and data collection within the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), as well as the impending 1071 Small Business data collection requirements. The successful individual will have the ability to translate how processes create the data used to adhere to the requirements, have initiative, express curiosity with information presented and are comfortable with asking questions to fully understand work conducted and processes presented.
