About the position

As a Compliance Tech/Program Checker, you will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing compliance in customer locations, specifically focusing on age verification policies. This role involves conducting visits to evaluate store employees' adherence to these policies and providing feedback based on your assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mock purchases to assess if employees request customer IDs before completing sales of age-restricted products.
• Access and input data into our secure, password-protected reporting website.
• Monitor the usage of age-verification devices and the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Provide feedback and compliance ratings to store employees using a Green Card (for proper ID checks) or a Red Card (for failures to check ID).
• Prepare and send email reports to store management following each visit.

Requirements

• Must be between 21-25 years old.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
