About the position

The Compliance Technical Solutions Associate Manager at Stryker is responsible for overseeing the delivery and support of compliance technical solutions. This role focuses on managing processes and procedures rather than direct personnel management. The Associate Manager will lead complex projects, manage resources, and ensure successful technical implementations while identifying compliance risks and opportunities. Additionally, the role involves training users on compliance platforms and enhancing operational efficiency through process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the team responsible for compliance technical solutions delivery and support.
  • Lead complex projects and manage resources for successful technical implementation.
  • Identify and address emerging compliance risks and opportunities.
  • Train technology users on compliance platforms supported by the team.
  • Translate complex user needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Map complex processes to identify opportunities for significant optimization.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between compliance, analytics, and systems teams.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation to create a knowledge base for future success and support ongoing operations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for Global Compliance systems.
  • Provide advanced end-user support, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform complex maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience creating dashboards using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View, and Spotfire.
  • 2+ years creating applications with low-code platforms such as Appian, MS Power Apps, Salesforce, etc.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective Compliance programs and relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
