About the position

The Compounder and Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing a detailed production plan, managing warehouse operations, and providing customer service. This role involves handling materials safely and efficiently, operating warehouse equipment, and coordinating manufacturing needs with the plant manager. The position requires maintaining inventory levels and ensuring cleanliness in the work area.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and products in a safe and efficient manner
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes to move, stack, and organize materials
• Coordinate manufacturing needs with the plant manager
• Produce in accordance with corporate specifications and follow material batch sheets
• Maintain adequate raw materials and finished goods inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Clean and maintain all production, handling, and transportation equipment
• Handle receiving of raw materials and finished goods
• Provide customer service
• Perform other duties as required by the owner and/or manager

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient with Basic Math, including fractions and percentages
• Experience in materials handling and warehouse operations
• Forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physically able to lift, carry, and pull objects up to 100 lbs
• Physically able to climb ladders
• Available and willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Have reliable transportation
