About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Cisco's Intersight team will lead the development and growth of AI infrastructure management solutions, focusing on AI/ML workloads across hybrid environments. This role is pivotal in shaping the roadmap for AI infrastructure solutions, enabling GPU workloads, automation, and multi-cloud deployments, while collaborating with engineering and the Office of the CTO to enhance customer management of AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI Converged Infrastructure utilizing Cisco UCS, Cisco Nexus switches, and partner storage components for AI/ML engineers.
• Own the automation of Day 0 provisioning for AI/ML environments, ensuring seamless integration with AI stacks like NVIDIA NVAIE.
• Drive the development of AI modeling tools for connecting public cloud infrastructure and integrating with on-prem data centers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain the AI infrastructure roadmap.
• Evaluate and drive partnerships with Independent software vendors to enhance Cisco's AI offerings.
• Define product positioning, differentiation, and pricing strategies.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption and awareness of Cisco's AI infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience, preferably in cloud infrastructure or AI/ML solutions.
• 3+ years in engineering roles or related field, with a total of 8-10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related technical field.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure management, cloud-native architectures, and hybrid AI deployments.
• Familiarity with technologies like Kubernetes, GPU workloads, NVIDIA NVAIE, and public cloud AI services.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, job scheduling tools, and managing dense GPU hardware.
• Ability to craft and execute long-term product roadmaps, balancing short-term objectives with strategic goals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work with engineering, sales, marketing, and external partners.
• Experience with AI orchestration platforms.
• Background in working with multi-cloud AI workloads and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with Cisco UCS and Nexus infrastructure.
