About the position

As a Senior Product Manager at Cisco's Intersight team, you will be instrumental in driving the development and growth of AI infrastructure management solutions. This role focuses on enabling GPU workloads, automation, and multi-cloud AI deployments, aiming to simplify complex AI workloads and accelerate time-to-market for organizations. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and the Office of the CTO to integrate AI software into Intersight, enhancing customer capabilities in managing and monitoring AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI Converged Infrastructure utilizing Cisco UCS, Cisco Nexus switches, and partner storage components for AI/ML engineers.
• Own the automation of Day 0 provisioning for AI/ML environments, ensuring seamless integration with AI stacks like NVIDIA NVAIE.
• Drive the development of AI modeling tools, enabling customers to connect public cloud infrastructure on demand and integrate with on-prem data centers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain the AI infrastructure roadmap.
• Evaluate and drive partnerships with Independent software vendors like RedHat and NVIDIA.
• Define product positioning, differentiation, and pricing strategies.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption and awareness of Cisco's AI infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience, preferably in cloud infrastructure or AI/ML solutions.
• 3+ years in engineering roles or related field, with a total of 8-10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related technical field.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure management, cloud-native architectures, and hybrid AI deployments.
• Familiarity with technologies like Kubernetes, GPU workloads, NVIDIA NVAIE, and public cloud AI services.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, job scheduling tools (e.g., Slurm, OpenPBS), and managing dense GPU hardware.
• Ability to craft and execute long-term product roadmaps, balancing short-term objectives with strategic goals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work with engineering, sales, marketing, and external partners.
• Experience with AI orchestration platforms.
• Background in working with multi-cloud AI workloads and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with Cisco UCS and Nexus infrastructure.
