About the position

The Digital Graphic Designer at System Soft Technologies plays a crucial role in creating visually compelling multimedia content for various social media platforms. This position is designed for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving engagement through innovative design. The designer will collaborate with the Digital Advocacy team to produce high-quality graphics that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines, ultimately influencing target audiences and enhancing the company's digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics and ad content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and more.
  • Create multiple versions of content that can be used across different platforms and formats to ensure our message reaches and engages the audience wherever they are.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Advocacy team to understand campaign objectives and create visual assets that align with strategic goals.
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across different platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive and effective ad campaigns.
  • Utilize data and analytics to refine and optimize ad designs based on performance metrics.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Provide creative input and ideation during brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign concepts.
  • Maintain a digital archive of all creative assets, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer, with a focus on social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
  • Experience in creating adaptable content that can be repurposed for various channels and formats.
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to create engaging animations and GIFs is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle feedback and revisions constructively.
