About the position

The Computer Programmer, Lead position at Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is a full-time remote role focused on supporting contract work in Virginia. The lead programmer will be responsible for enhancing systems engineering processes, performing complex programming functions, and ensuring the proper configuration and maintenance of systems. This role requires collaboration with end users to troubleshoot issues and manage project execution to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify systems engineering process improvements and enforce their execution across the organization.
• Perform programming functions such as developing operational systems concepts and conducting system trade studies.
• Assist in defining system requirements and technical specifications for AHRQ systems.
• Work with end users to troubleshoot and fix issues.
• Document configuration parameters and workflows.
• Ensure systems are properly configured and maintained.
• Plan, organize, troubleshoot, and direct the analysis and resolution of complex process and system problems.
• Manage test scheduling and operations to ensure deadlines are met.
• Apply knowledge of network architectures and computing systems for testing.
• Track project execution to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review system performance and identify technical risks and mitigation approaches.
• Provide technical recommendations and communicate effective technical approaches for systems programming activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar degree.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in software systems.
