Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer requests and diagnose equipment issues
- Disassemble and inspect machines using tools and measuring devices
- Perform repairs and replacements according to specifications
- Communicate effectively throughout the repair process to ensure accuracy
- Reassemble machines and conduct performance tests after repairs
- Install and configure new equipment, including software and peripherals
- Maintain an inventory of repair parts and order supplies as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure equipment functionality
- Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in computer repair/assembly
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Lenovo, Dell, HP, desktops, Chromebooks, PCs, and tablets
