About the position

Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Computer Software/Integration Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on utilizing advanced technologies to drive transformation in mission-critical services, particularly within the Utility applications sector. The position is hybrid, based out of Laurel, Maryland, and requires a motivated technology professional with a passion for digital transformation and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• May supervise others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge in implementing computer systems in a phased approach including requirements analysis, conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing.
• Extensive knowledge in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas such as office automation, finance, and accounting.
• Extensive knowledge in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management.
• Ability to present system designs for user approval at formal reviews.
• Capability to perform configuration management, software integration, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results.
• Ability to develop and lead the implementation of solutions to identified software problem reports.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with utilities applications.
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, IoT, ArcGIS, RPA, ServiceNow, PowerBI, FileNet, Oracle Utilities Suite, and Multi-cloud environments.
