About The Position

The Computer Software/Integration Analyst at Delmock Technologies, Inc. (DTI) is responsible for leveraging advanced technologies to drive transformation in mission-critical services. This hybrid role requires a motivated technology professional with a strong background in utility applications and a passion for digital transformation. The analyst will lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results, and function as a technical expert across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge in implementing computer systems in a phased approach including requirements analysis, conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing.
• Extensive knowledge in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas such as office automation, and finance and accounting.
• Extensive knowledge in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management.
• Ability to present system designs for user approval at formal reviews.
• Capability to perform configuration management, software integration, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results.
• Ability to develop and lead the implementation of solutions to identified software problem reports.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with utilities applications.
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, IoT, ArcGIS, RPA, ServiceNow, PowerBI, FileNet, Oracle Utilities Suite, and Multi-cloud environments.
