About the position

The Computer Systems Analyst at S4 Inc. will support USSTRATCOM JCER missions by providing essential planning, analysis, spectrum management, and intelligence support. The role involves assisting with Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations and ensuring effective IT support for organizational personnel.

Responsibilities

• Support USSTRATCOM JCER missions by providing planning, analysis, and intelligence support.
• Act as the primary IT support for customer issues, diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
• Conduct IT help desk activities, including installation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT assets.
• Manage IT asset inventories, ensuring proper accounting and maintenance of assets.
• Establish requirements for LAN and WAN connectivity for multiple networks.
• Conduct maintenance and management of PCs, printers, phones, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure readiness of Video Teleconferences (VTCs) to support mission requirements.
• In-process and out-process personnel, ensuring timely access to necessary IT resources.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in IT technical support and assistance.
• Experience in conducting IT help desk activities and resolving technical issues.
• Ability to diagnose and solve hardware and software problems.
• Experience in maintaining IT asset inventories and ensuring proper management of IT assets.
• Knowledge of LAN and WAN connectivity requirements and management.
