About the position

The position involves assisting with day-to-day trouble tickets for Housing Technology at Utah State University. Responsibilities

• Helping with the day-to-day trouble tickets for Housing Technology.

• Pulling wires and physical installation of hardware as needed.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of computer hardware.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows workstations.
• Comfortable and willing to work on ladders and with hand tools.
• Valid driver's license to perform essential job responsibilities.
