• Unbox newly received inventory and pack completed systems for shipment.
• Maintain a clean workspace and ensure daily organization of tasks.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet company goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of hands-on experience with computer hardware and software tasks.
• Strong computer building skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience.

Nice-to-haves

• CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
• Experience working with Dell, Lenovo, or HP hardware systems.
