Responsibilities
- Perform hardware replacement and installation for desktop and laptop systems.
- Install and update software as needed.
- Conduct cosmetic tear-down and rebuild of computer systems.
- Provide customer support and technical assistance to clients.
- Unbox newly received inventory and pack completed systems for shipment.
- Maintain a clean workspace and ensure daily organization of tasks.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet company goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of hands-on experience with computer hardware and software tasks.
- Strong computer building skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience.
Nice-to-haves
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
- Experience working with Dell, Lenovo, or HP hardware systems.
