KLA is seeking a Computer Vision/Machine Learning Engineer to join our EBEAM division, focusing on the development of next-generation technologies in yield management for the semiconductor industry. This role is pivotal in advancing our wafer inspection, review, and metrology products through the development of advanced image processing and machine vision algorithms. As a leader in the semiconductor industry, KLA is pioneering the use of deep learning algorithms for defect detection and classification, and we are actively exploring generative and diffusion models for SEM image simulation and enhancement. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge image processing and machine learning algorithms that will enhance our wafer inspection capabilities. You will collaborate closely with application engineers and customers to design, develop, and productize solutions tailored to customer needs. Your work will support the adoption of eBeam solutions at customer sites, ensuring that our systems push the limits of sensitivity in semiconductor inspection and review. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer vision and traditional image processing techniques, along with a solid understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
