About the position

The Concession Attendant position is a part-time role focused on providing excellent guest service and managing cash transactions at a concession stand during weekends only. The role requires a strong understanding of food preparation processes and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash transactions and balance cash register at the end of shifts.
• Provide excellent guest service and assist customers with their orders.
• Prepare food items according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate concession stand equipment, including ovens and fryers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand area.
• Follow park safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with cash and making change.
• Understanding of food preparation procedures.
• Ability to operate concession stand equipment.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
