About the position
The Concession Crew Captain is responsible for overseeing game-day operations within the assigned concession area at LMCU Ballpark. This part-time, seasonal role involves managing staff, ensuring inventory is prepared and distributed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization during events. The position requires strong leadership and customer service skills to create a positive experience for both fans and staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee game-day operations of the assigned concession area.
- Supervise staff and ensure they are prepared and motivated.
- Manage food prep levels based on attendance projections.
- Ensure cleanliness before, during, and after events.
- Assist with training of new staff members.
- Handle guest and staff concerns as they arise.
- Create a positive and fun environment for fans and staff.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in food and beverage or a supervisory role is strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season.
- Strong organizational skills.
