About the position

The Concessions Attendant at Marcus Theatres Crossroads Cinema is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness in the theatre environment. This part-time role involves selling food and beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete transactions at the concession stand.
• Sell food and beverage items and meet sales expectations through loyalty card sign-ups and upselling.
• Operate point-of-sale terminals and make accurate change.
• Prepare food and beverage orders while following food safety policies.
• Fill online concession orders and prepare them for pickup.
• Perform daily maintenance duties, including stocking and cleaning the concession stand.
• Monitor and communicate social distancing guidelines.
• Resolve guest concerns and uphold company standards.
• Assist with other functions as instructed by management.
