About the position

The Floor Staff team members at Regal Cinemas are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, primarily in the Concession Stand. This part-time position requires employees to ensure compliance with company policies, handle emergency situations, and maintain cleanliness while operating the POS system and managing concession inventory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive exceptional service
• Operate the POS system accurately
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods responsibly
• Promote the Regal Crown Club program
• Prepare and clean concession-related equipment
• Upsell and suggestively sell products
• Comply with food safety laws and regulations
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Act as a representative of Regal according to company policies
• Complete required training and certifications, especially for alcohol service

Requirements

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion required
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
• Good public speaking and listening skills
• Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
• Ability to identify problems and evaluate relevant information
• Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
• Ability to establish goals and set priorities
