About the position

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking part-time Concessions Supervisors to lead team members in providing exceptional guest service at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is integral to ensuring a high-quality experience for guests during events, with responsibilities including training staff, maintaining inventory, and resolving issues that arise during service.

Responsibilities

• Train team members and assign duties, evaluate and document job performance
• Ensure all food and beverage is prepared properly and meets quality standards
• Maintain level of inventory throughout shift and order replacement stock as necessary
• Enforce company cash handling procedures and investigate any money and inventory discrepancies
• Resolve any guest or team member issues that arise

Requirements

• Experience working in a food service required
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• At least 18 years or older
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and prepare written stand reports after each event

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
