Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships by contacting customers and identifying prospects.
  • Recognize and pursue opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.
  • Facilitate a sales culture within the branch facility.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals.
  • Represent the bank in a positive, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent personal customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding bank products or services.
  • Perform routine teller transactional services following established procedures.
  • Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Take ownership of customer service issues through critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
  • Maintain adequate working funds and verify cash drawer balances as appropriate.
