About the position

The Concierge/Event Planner at Thrive Communities is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests, managing communications, and organizing community events. This part-time role focuses on enhancing resident satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective event coordination, contributing to a positive community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet persons entering the building and maintain courteous communication with residents.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from residents and prospects.
  • Assist in managing leads in CRM and schedule appointments for the leasing team.
  • Ensure the tour path is prepped for the day, including models open, coffee bar stocked, and music on.
  • Assist in delivering resident notices and renewal letters.
  • Conduct package audits and ensure package rooms are organized.
  • Plan and coordinate monthly resident events.
  • Post to property social media pages as needed.
  • Perform all reasonable duties as outlined by the supervisor.
  • Strive to exceed residents' expectations for excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and happy resident base.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience required.
  • Experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Great presentation and interaction with clients and residents required.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Experience with Yardi preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Familiarity with social media management.
