In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents, guests, and vendors in the community. You will greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families. Your duties will include answering telephone calls, ensuring the safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigating any unusual activity. You will also process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns, receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc., and deliver or hold them as requested. Additionally, you will maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys and gate passes, assist other departments with administrative functions, and ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely responses and follow-ups, striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers is essential.
