About the position

The Concierge position at Spectrum Retirement Communities is a part-time role focused on providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors during weekend shifts. Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate.
  • Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns.
  • Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in an office environment, answering phones or customer service preferred.
  • Technology skills are important.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
  • Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Strong communication skills are critical.
